The information we collect is necessary for the establishment of contractual relationships and/or to provide you with information about activities, products or services related to BUY & HOLD.

We inform you that the personal data provided by the client or interested party, as well as those that may be provided in the future within the framework of their relationship with this ENTITY, refer to:

Purpose: contractual relations.

Information may be collected on the following types of personal data:

• Identification and contact data
• Information required for the prevention of money laundering, including banking and financial data.
• The information required by securities market regulation for the assessment of their investment objectives, knowledge and investment experience.
• Information derived from transactions in financial instruments or investment services in which BUY & HOLD has been involved.
• Identification codes or keys for access and operation within the BUY & HOLD systems.
• Data derived from the operations performed.

Purpose: commercial activity and other communications.

The personal data collected are the identification and contact data necessary to send the information. For example, by way of example and without limitation: name, surname, postal address, telephone number or e-mail address, depending on the indications of the data subject’s reception preferences and available delivery alternatives.

Communications about activities, training, courses, promotions, news, products or services may be made by any means, including electronic means. The interested party must explicitly authorise the sending of commercial communications by ticking the corresponding boxes on any of the data request forms, for example those included on our website.

Data keeping

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as they are necessary to respond to the contractual relationship, to respond to the requests or applications made, and in any case as long as deletion is not requested by the interested party, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that in each case correspond according to each type of data. The data subject may exercise his or her rights at any time, as well as make a request in relation to these rights.

Based on the obligation derived from the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, BUY & HOLD will retain personal data for a period of 10 years from the termination of the business relationship.

• Public and private bodies and institutions to which there is a legal obligation to provide them.
• Third-party service providers with whom a processor contract has been concluded.

Rights of the person concerned

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not BUY & HOLD is processing personal data concerning him/her. Interested persons and clients have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances and on grounds relating to their particular situation, customers or data subjects may object to the processing of their data. BUY&HOLD shall cease to process the data except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.

In certain circumstances, customers or data subjects may request the limitation of processing, so that BUY HOLD will only reserve and use them in the cases authorized by law.
When data is collected in a structured format, customers or data subjects may request BUY HOLD to transmit their data directly to other data controllers or receive their data in electronic format, to store it on their own devices, without the need to transmit it to other data controllers.

The interested party may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to info@buyandhold.es duly identifying themselves by sending a photocopy of their ID card and clearly indicating the right they wish to exercise. You may also apply by post to the address above.

Finally, we inform data subjects that they may lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).

Transmisión internacional

In some cases, BUY & HOLD may have to make use of the services of third parties established outside Spain. Should this be the case, BUY & HOLD assures that the data will be sent to countries with an equivalent level of data protection to that of the European Union or, if this is not the case, it will use the mechanisms provided for in current legislation to obtain the client’s consent or authorisation for the transfer from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Minors

We do not allow minors to register on our systems. The consent of parents or guardians is required for minors to be provided with the services offered by BUY & HOLD.

Security

BUY & HOLD has adopted the necessary technical measures to avoid the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access to the personal data provided by the user. However, in the event of any improper access to the data that could have serious negative consequences for the data subjects, BUY & HOLD will inform the data subjects within a reasonable period of time so that they can take the measures they deem appropriate.
